- Demolished two existing cooling towers, two steam absorption chillers, pump sets and associated equipment.
- Installed two 350 ton cooling towers and associated pump set.
- Installed two 350 ton modular electric chillers and associated pump set.
- Upgraded the existing building pneumatic control system to new DDC BMS control system.
- Converted the building from city system to a new hot water system by installing two 6,000 MBH condensing boilers.
- Replaced the existing base building fan system with new fan array technology. The existing fan system was demolished and replaced over one weekend.
