Scope of Work
- Surveyed and traced out the existing building infrastructure, identified the system to be relocated.
- Decommissioned and prepared the existing building cooling towers and chillers to be demolished and removed by others.
- Installed new chilled and condenser water risers to the cellar level.
- Relocated the existing building steam condensate system in the cellar. Worked with medium to low pressure steam systems.
- Installed new base building utility fans and AC units along with a stand-alone control system.
