- Demolish existing condenser water system and cooling towers.
- Deliver broken down and build in place two new 600 tons towers on new dunnage steel
- Install new condenser water risers through and existing building system to the building MER 22 stories below roof level.
- Install new primary and secondary condenser water pumps with a plater and frame heat exchanger.
- Install a new base building BMS system for future tenant expansion
